Cook hires new assistant

Nebraska coach John Cook has found a new assistant to replace Lee Maes who left last week to become head coach at Virginia. Cook announced Thursday that Colorado assistant Erik Sullivan had been hired to take Maes' place.

Sullivan, 35, played libero for Team USA at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He also played on the 2000 Olympic team as well.
